From the time I was young and all through my career in the corporate accounting world, I knew I was meant to help people.  Through the years friends, colleagues and associates have come to me for health, nutrition, fitness, wellness, counseling and life coaching.  It provided the most fulfillment and joy in my life.  I had always been conscious of the benefits of exercise, eating well, and meditation.  I realized the important relationship between our thoughts and the physical responses in our body.  The Chopra Center provided the foundation for my studies in Ayurveda, meditation and yoga.  Attending their signature mind/body workshop, Journey Into Healing, was like a homecoming.  It was everything I was feeling and thinking about health and wellness.  This path led me to become a Certified Chopra Center Instructor in Perfect Health.  Pursing my education further in Ayurveda to studying through Dr. David Frawley (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri), at the American Institute of Vedic Studies. I have continued exploring other eastern traditions as well.  Japanese therapies are similar to Ayurveda, deep in mind, body, spirit connection as the path to health and happiness.  

 I incorporate these teachings in my life and practice of healing and helping others. I feel truly blessed to have realized and followed my life's purpose in serving others, my dharma.   I continue to read, study and learn from various sources, such as the Chopra Center, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Simon, Dr. David Frawley, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Don Miguel Ruiz, Eckhart Tolle, Oprah, Louise Hay and many others who inspire, motivate and guide me.
